The faucet itself seems pretty good. The valve opens and closes very smoothly and has a quality feel. However.... the portion that is hidden under the sink is a disaster. This unit cost me $370 in damages the first day I hooked it up. Imagine...8am, someone is banging on my door (I live in a high-rise). I get out of bed to see what the commotion is all about. Before I even made it to the door, I realized the problem as I passed the kitchen and heard the equivalent of a mini Niagra Falls. There was a jet-stream of water spewing out from under the sink and a pool of water in my kitchen. I don't know how my wood floors were not destroyed. Anyway, the water leaked down to two different units on the floor beneath me and out into the hallways. The building had to call for water extraction and clean-up which cost me $370. Luckily one of the units only got wet without damage. The other unit...
