If you have used these filters before then you know just how much hard water build-up can accumulate on them. If you haven't used them before, then just take my word, you really don't want all that mineral deposit in your coffee. Using these filters really does make my coffee taste so much better, and the price is very reasonable for the length of time I can continue to use these filters. I seriously recommend using these filters.

I think that the product could be offered cheaper. You can buy the same water filter at Walmart for a lot less. I realize that you need to get the postage price back....If you live in an area that this product is not offered, then it would be wonderful.

I must addmit I love my water from the britta filter system and all my children love the clean cold water that comes out from it as i brought the pitcher so i save a lot of money on bottle water the item pays for it self every month, instead of buying cases of bottle water.
